Are you insured?

Yes! E'Leet Estate Sales in fully insured for your protection.

What are your fees regarding a sale?

Fees vary based on location and what the job entails. Please contact Jill Rosenberg (616) 581-3445 for more information regarding fees for your specific needs.

When should I put my house up for sale?

We recommend putting your house on the market following an estate sale. Please do not sell your home, and then ask us to conduct a sale within a short amount of time! Plan ahead! We are happy to have real estate flyers out for the public during the sale to get the word out about your upcoming home listing!

What should I expect at our first meeting?

 Jill will come to your property to do a walk-through and assess what your specific needs are. If she feels your estate warrants a sale, she will explain our policies and fees, and provide you with a contract to read over and sign.  If she feels another option would be better for your situation, such as consignment or a buyout, she will offers ideas and point you in the right direction. 

How much time do you need to get a sale ready?

Every sale is different, and because of that, the time needed to prepare for a sale varies as well. At the time of your inquiry, we may have 5 sales in motion already, so please plan ahead, and inquire about an estate sale well in advance. There may be a company that is willing to throw a quick sale together for you, but you will not receive the kind of care and concern for your sale or the best outcome if you choose to hurry. It's never too early to call us for information and advice!

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, cash, local checks, Venmo and PayPal.

What should I do if family members want items from the home?

We have great advice to help you decide what to do in this situation. Every situation should be handled in the best way for you and your family. We can help! Give us a call!

What happens to items left over at the end of a sale?

We have an end buyer who comes at the end of your sale to pay for the remainder of the home's contents. Our end buyer will empty the home and sweep the floors for us, leaving it ready for you to do any necessary repairs or painting before putting it up for sale.

What should we throw away before your team arrives?

NOTHING! You do not need to throw anything away or organize for us! We find that many valuable items are thrown away prior to our arrival - items that could bring you more money at your sale! Let us decide what is worth selling, donating or throwing away. It's what we do!

How do you know what price to put on our valuables?

We've been doing this for over 30 years, and we possess an abundance of knowledge regarding collectables and commonly sold items. If we are unsure of the value of one of your treasures, we know experts in several expertise who can help, as well as resources for discovering the fair market price for most items.
